By accessing or using Certaze ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. In these Terms, "the Service" means the Certaze exam-preparation application and related pages made available by Certaze Technologies at certaze.in and its subdomains (including, for example, app.certaze.in). Separate Certaze products with their own terms — such as Certaze LevelUp — are not part of "the Service" as defined here.
The Service is operated by Certaze Technologies, a registered business in Kerala, India (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-KL-10-0095921) ("we", "us", "Certaze").
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Certaze is an AI-powered certification exam preparation platform that helps you prepare for professional certification exams. It provides:
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and notify us at admin@certaze.in of any unauthorised access. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits may result in suspension.
New users receive a 7-day free trial from account creation. During the trial:
After the trial, AI-powered features require an active paid subscription. Your study data is retained regardless of subscription status.
Paid plans are one-time, fixed-term purchases. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are stated plus applicable taxes. "MRP" is the standard list price; the price charged is the amount you pay at checkout.

Except as set out in the Founding-Member terms (Section 06), prices may change with 30 days' notice; a change does not affect an active subscription until its renewal.
No auto-renewal. Your subscription ends on its expiry date and is not automatically renewed or re-charged; you can repurchase at any time to continue Pro access. Payments are processed by Razorpay — by purchasing, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms.
The first 100 paying subscribers ("Founding Members") are eligible to retain their launch subscription price as their renewal rate, for as long as their subscription remains continuously active. This benefit:
The Founding-Member rate is a continuity benefit, not a perpetual or unconditional discount, and confers no rights beyond those stated here.
All paid plans are All-Access: they include every certification track available on Certaze at the time of purchase. As of the effective date of these Terms, these are PMP, PSM I, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF-C02), and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
If we add new certification tracks during your paid term, they are included at no additional cost for the remainder of that term. We do not, however, guarantee that any particular future certification will be released, or that it will be released by any particular date.
Scope of All-Access. "All-Access" covers certification tracks within the Certaze exam-preparation application (the Service). It does not extend to separate or standalone Certaze products — for example, Certaze LevelUp or any published study book — which are offered separately and are not included in a paid plan under these Terms. For clarity, All-Access is a right to access a certification track inside the exam-preparation application; the fact that a separate Certaze product covers the same certification subject (for example, the AZ-900 examination) does not entitle you to that separate product. Access to any separate product requires its own purchase under its own terms.
All purchases are final. If you experience a verified technical issue preventing access, contact admin@certaze.in within 7 days of purchase with your order details. We review each request individually, in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Nothing here limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
You agree not to: use the Service to build or train competing AI products; scrape, copy, or extract content in bulk; bypass paywalls or security controls; use bots or automated scripts to access the Service; or upload unlawful or harmful content.
Fair use. The Service relies on AI features that carry real computational cost. Your use is subject to reasonable fair-use limits. To protect Service quality and to prevent abuse or excessive automated use, we may apply daily question limits, rate-limit requests, or temporarily vary AI response quality. These measures apply across the user base and do not constitute a reduction of the subscription you purchased. Violations of this section may result in suspension without refund.
Individual accounts are for one named individual only. You may not share your account credentials or licence key with, or allow account access by, any other person. Each licence key activates a single account.
Team, classroom, or multi-user access is available only under our Teams (B2B) plan. Where we detect credential or licence-key sharing, we may suspend the account without refund.
All content, design, code, and AI-generated outputs are the property of Certaze Technologies or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal exam preparation only.
Third-Party Trademarks. PMP, PMI, and PMBOK are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc. AWS and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Microsoft, Azure, and AZ-900 are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. PSM and Professional Scrum Master are trademarks of Scrum.org. Certaze is an independent exam-preparation tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with any of these organizations.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, 100% accuracy of AI content, or that use of the Service guarantees passing any certification exam.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Certaze Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by third-party service outages (Firebase, Anthropic, Razorpay, Render, Vercel, Cloudflare), internet disruptions, natural disasters, pandemics, government action, or cyberattacks. Outages exceeding 72 continuous hours attributable to our systems may result in subscription extensions at our discretion.
You may close your account at any time by contacting admin@certaze.in. Paid fees are non-refundable on voluntary closure. We may suspend accounts for Terms violations without refund.
We may update these Terms at any time with 14 days' notice via your registered email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT (Amendment) Act, 2008. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India. Before litigation, please contact admin@certaze.in — we respond within 10 business days.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the contact details of our Grievance Officer are published in our Privacy Policy.
To raise a grievance, email admin@certaze.in with the subject "Grievance". We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within the timelines set out in our Privacy Policy.
