01Try Before You Buy

Every account includes a 7-day free trial (15 questions per day) with no payment details required. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to confirm Certaze suits your needs before purchasing a Pro plan.

02Nature of the Subscription

Certaze Pro is a digital service delivered instantly. On successful payment, a licence key is generated and emailed to you, and — where your payment email matches your account email — Pro is activated automatically.

Plans are one-time, fixed-term purchases (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) that do not auto-renew. All prices are in Indian Rupees and are stated plus any applicable taxes.

03Cancellation

Because plans do not auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel to avoid a future charge — your access simply ends when the term expires. You may stop using the Service at any time, and you will not be billed again unless you choose to purchase a new plan.

04Refunds

As Certaze Pro is a digital service with immediate access and metered AI usage, fees are generally non-refundable once a licence key has been issued or activated. We will, however, review every request fairly and in good faith, and may issue a full or partial refund in cases such as:

• Duplicate or accidental payment — you were charged more than once for the same plan.
• Payment succeeded but no access — you did not receive a licence key and Pro was not activated, and we are unable to resolve it for you.
• Verifiable technical fault on our side that prevented you from using the Service for a sustained period, where we could not provide a working fix.

05How to Request a Refund

Email admin@certaze.in from the address used for your account, with your payment / transaction reference and a short description of the issue.

06How Approved Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment processor, Razorpay. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect after we initiate it.
