- Didn't get your licence key? Check your spam folder, then email us your payment reference and we'll resend or activate it for you.
- Refund or billing question? See our Refund & Cancellation Policy, then email admin@certaze.in.
- Data or privacy request? See our Privacy Policy and contact the same address — our Grievance Officer details are listed there.
- Account or technical issue? Tell us what you were doing and what device/browser you used, and we'll get on it.
